The Sales Staff listened to our needs & wants then gave us multiple options at different price points explaining the reasons for the different prices. They didn't try to over sell and actually talked us out of replacing our water heater since it wasn't needed. They checked and fixed everything that was associated with our Furnace and AC replacement including what was needed to move our AC over 3 feet to be within code as part of their service!
