We are incredibly thankful for Jeff, Chacie and the crew at One Stop Heating and Air Conditioning. We called yesterday with an urgent request for a diagnosis on our air conditioner as it would not work. We have a kindergartener with a severe disability that heat makes so much worse. They were so understanding and made sure we were able to be fit in. Jeff (the owner) came out to look at our system. Unfortunately, the entire thing had died. We are new homeowners who have had a series of tough health events happen in a relatively short span. Due to these things, financing was just out of our reach. We were obviously, incredibly discouraged and worried for our daughter but thanked Jeff for his time. We intended to purchase a smaller free-standing unit to keep our little lady in her room and as cool as possible in the July, Utah heat while we worked on a more long-term plan. Jeff asked us to give him just a minute. He then went out and spoke to his wife, the other owner of the company. You see, Jeff and Chacie have a special connection with the illness that our daughter has. This wonderful couple was kind enough to gift us a whole new system, installed the very next day by two wonderful gentlemen. They say they are there looking out for our best interest, not theirs and they really do mean it. They lead with their hearts and have impacted us in the most unimaginable, deeply kind way. I have not sobbed in such a deep way in a very long time. I can not overstate our immense appreciation and overwhelming gratitude. Because of this kind, and generous couple, our little lady will be safe and healthy as the heat continues this summer and in summers to come. We will continue to return to them as paying customers for as long as we remain in Utah. I can not recommend them enough. Thank you for everything Jeff and Chacie, you are real-life angels!

My ac had kept going out all summer. I called One Stop Heating and Air. The next day Jeff, the owner came out. I decided I wanted to replace the whole heating and ac system so I wouldnâ t have to worry about it any longer. I got a phenomenal deal on the top ranking unit (yes I did my homework). They came out and installed in one day. They even fixed it so the furnace wouldnâ t collapse into the duct work because the base where it was sitting was falling apart. They even went as far as cleaning my ducts for free. I would definitely recommend One Stop Heating and air.

Patrick quickly found the the problem and solved it. Jessica in the office sead that our house was too cold to wait another day and personally brought two portable heaters to get us warm for through the night (we were at 47 degrees.) That's what I call customer service.

Fast and friendly until they get your money. Lied about the quality of what was getting installed. Charged me $8,800 for an ASX14 that Manwill heating and Air later confirmed for me is only a $4,500 system. Wish it was a mixup but when I tried to ask the owner about it, he never returned my calls.

One Stop was a great group to work with from start to finish. I did not feel pressured to buy a certain unit but was given 7 different options to choose from. The work was done very well and when Nick was done he provided a walk through of the unit as well as cleaned up the area. Very happy and pleased with the system and also the ease of working with Jeff and Nick and the rest of the team. 100% satisfied with the workmanship and the system. Thank you!

Thank goodness for the 2nd opinions. Our air conditioning started working great one day to not working at all the next. Once Stop came out and listed a myriad of issues with our air conditioning and furnace and recommended complete replacement of both. We stated we were not in a financial position right now to do that. They gave us 6 possible solutions ranging from $9,817-14,781. So, we had NorthStar Heating and Air-conditioning come out. They quickly diagnosed the problem that our disconnect was bad, showed me the problem, fixed the problem the next day for a total of $450. One-Stop did not even mention that the disconnect was an issue. You can draw your own conclusions.

The team was extremely professional and meticulous in their application of the job. They didn t cut corners, they found a few problems and resolved them leaving us very satisfied with outcome. They respected our home and explained exactly what they were doing and made sure we understand how our new air conditioning system worked. I would hire and recommend them for any future work needed. This company and their crew get an A+ from us.

One Stop Heating and Air Conditioning has perhaps the greatest customer service I have even experienced! From the office personal (Jessica) right down to the installers (Nick and Francis) and including the Owner (Jeff). I could not have asked for more!! I needed help and decided to follow up with an on-line add for HVAC care. Jessica promptly called me and answered all of my questions and helped alleviate any concerns I had. She kept in touch with me throughout the day of my visit as I was placed on an urgent emergency list. Jeff, the owner himself came out to meet with me and diagnose my issue. My central air unit was over 25 years old and was in desperate need of repair/replacement. After looking at all of my options and talking with Jeff. I decided to go with a new unit. Jessica called me back to thank me for my admiration of her excellent customer service skills (such a nice extra touch). Nick and Francis came out and worked most of the day for 2 days making my system work and install smoothly. They were so contentious of my and my families needs while in my home. They were even willing to clean up after themselves and would ask my opinions on different stages before moving forward to ensure my wishes were met and that I would be satisfied with the end result. They were both so polite and friendly to my special needs children that it meant a great deal to me! I have already begun recommending them to neighbors and family. You cannot go wrong with these people!!!

We contacted home advisor after 9:00 PM hoping to get a head start on a repair for the next day. We received a phone call within 5 minutes to discuss our repair and she let us know that dispatch would be calling us in the morning to schedule the repair the following day. She was so sharp and professional, they asked questions so the technician would be prepared for the service. We actually had the owner of the company as our technician and he was also very sharp, great to talk to, and didn t scold us for keeping a system around for 17 years like many other service companies have done. The repair was done quickly and now we re enjoying the first world benefit of a cool home on a warm spring day. To me, it was worth not shopping around for a cheaper price.

They were able to come fix my conditioner in one day (I know not the case for everyone) but I talked to someone from one stop sometime around 9AM, and by 3 pm they had already come out, ran a diagnostic, and fixed it. I was out of town and had someone staying at my house but they were great at calling me and letting me know what was going on/ what the issue was.

They were quick to get the work done, but took them forever to finally get here to look at the problem. They cancelled the first appointment and was late for the second one. The office staff didn]t seem to know what was going on and I got conflicting information from two of them. One scheduled the appointment and the second one called me an hour later to schedule. I had scheduled for the next day. The first person scheduled it for the same day I had called. When I called to see what the situation was, they were very confused. They ended up cancelling the first appointment after I had my husband leave work early to meet them at our home. Very frustrating start. The service after that was acceptable.

Making sure every thing is out ok

I was very lucky....my furnace went out on a Saturday morning.....20 something degrees outside. It got cold very fast. One Stop called within minutes of my request from Home Advisors. Their technician was there very soon.....got a 2nd opinion from his manager, who also came over. At the end of the day I had a new furnace. They were very nice, knowledgeable, and didn't damage the walls hauling stuff up and down my stairs......and I have a great warrantee going forward! Yes, I recommend them highly.
