I had no idea how much junk builds up in your system or how important it is to have it cleaned out—our whole house feels fresher, and the air quality is noticeably better. Anton is super detail-oriented, borderline obsessive (in a good way) about doing the job right. You can tell he really cares. He went above and beyond and did incredible work. I ended up having him do my mom’s system too, and I’ve already referred him to a couple of other people—same feedback from them: awesome experience all around. Since I was having a new toilet installed, I was given the type of toilet that I would need. So, I purchased it, and Randy picked it up from Lowes and promptly came to install it. He was always courteous, professional and friendly. He answered my questions and seemed to be quite knowledgeable. Randy was efficient in removing and then installing the new toilet. "When our furnace stopped blowing hot air they were at our house within 30 minutes, even though it was 5:30 pm. Clint called & when I told him we had 2 little grandkids living with us and we needed heat, he called Leo who had just gotten home. Leo came right over; he lives 10 minutes away. The motherboard on our Trane furnace had gone bad after less than 2.5 years & Leo drove to the Trane warehouse the next morning, A warranty issue arose because of the way a different company had installed it, and Clint called Trane to straighten it out. We will definitely be calling Climate Doctor when we need to replace our 20-yr-old air conditioning unit. We felt that they were honest, reasonably priced and knew what they were doing."
