That Friday I woke up to a text saying it wouldn?t be until Tuesday because Monday is a holiday. The manager Tracy got on the phone and got very irate because I complained about having to take a third day off for her company to do what they should have done the first time. I expect a full refund, and a $20 da day storage price for the faulty parts. If how I was treated was any indication of how they work the other reviews are obviously lies."

Brad came immediately and was able to replace two shut-off valves and then returned the next morning to replace the third. He then checked the rest of the house to make sure everything was in order.
