Jeremy and Rusty made some on the spot calls on the day of installation when the old shingles were removed. My husband and I were very pleased with the results. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. We feel that no other contractor that we got bids from would have fixed the issues that Novus Construction fixed."

He advised me that I would be better off performing the repair myself considering my mechanic background and walked me through everything I would need to do to repair the leak myself including tools and parts required. I offered him cash but he refused as he said he was happy to help me understand my problem as well as provide insight as part of their free evaluation.
