"I recently began renting my home through a management company. When the AC stopped working I had my management company contact an AC company, and they chose Expert. Expert quoted $4000 to replace the AC. I then found another AC company myself (Humphrey) for a second opinion. Humphrey was able to fix the AC simply by changing the capacitor and fuse. Expert either 1) didn't bother to even look at it because the work order was coming from a management company and figured they paid whatever, or 2) did a really poor job diagnosing the problem. Either way, neither is favorable. My lesson learned as a new landlord--always find a repair company yourself."

"Dan was amazing at communicating the manufacturing, delivery and installation time with us. We met a few times face to face during the design and ordering process, he was very patient and accommodating to our needs and budget. He is a very hard worker and was very meticulous while installing them for us and cleaned up after he was done so it looks AMAZING!! I would highly recommend him for ANY job."

"I was very happy with the work Josh at CME did. We had damage to brick and mortar under two windows and he did a great job matching the previous brick and mortar colors. Josh and his wife Jesse were always quick to respond to any questions I had. I manage multiple properties around the Salt Lake Valley and will definitely be using Josh Nuttall from CME again. "I own a flower shop in South Jordan, and my water heater broke and leaked all weekend. Jeff with Pond's came in and looked at it on Monday, gave me a quote, and had it fixed by Thursday. Having warm water is important for my business, and even though I knew they were so busy, he made the repair happen as quickly as possible. He was honest about cost, my options, and timing. I would highly recommend Pond's Plumbing!

"I saw the reviews here and contacted Ted Cowan, the owner of this company. He came by soon after to look over the job and give me a bid. He was professional and knowledgeable and his crew (led by James) did a wonderful job! They were able to perfectly match the color of my stucco and completed the job in a timely manner. They were also very good about cleaning up when they were finished. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend this company to others needing stucco repair."

"I received a couple of recommendations for Dr. Patch, but you never know until some one comes and does the work. I had high expectations and these guys exceeded them! Not only did the work look great, but their costs were very fair, they left everything clean and orderly and the were flexible in dealing with unforeseen issues. On one repair we found water damage underneath the stucco and they did a great job pulling out all the bad wood and rebuilding everything ... really went above and beyond. I would enthusiastically recommend Dr. Patch to anyone looking for fare priced, quality stucco repair!"
