Even though he had to leave town unexpectedly the week of our project, his employees were on time and super efficient, and he communicated with me throughout the process. Upon completion, I noticed a few areas that werenâ t finished quite to my satisfaction, and he sent workers over to address the issues when it was convenient for me. Overall very happy with the results."

He came out the same day free of charge and was very helpful in evaluating where my current leak was coming from as well as providing inside about other potential leak hazards he saw. He advised me that I would be better off performing the repair myself considering my mechanic background and walked me through everything I would need to do to repair the leak myself including tools and parts required. I offered him cash but he refused as he said he was happy to help me understand my problem as well as provide insight as part of their free evaluation. Overall I was extremely pleased with both the customer service as well as the timely manner at which he was able to get me on his schedule same day. "

"Originally hired them back in July and my project barely got finished at the end of October. It was supposed to be for a basement walkout and a concrete pad install in my backyard. They consistently kept telling me inaccurate information. Did not have a timeframe for when the projects were going to be finished. My walkout sat for 3 weeks because they claimed they?re waiting on the city to inspect it and everything was done on their part. When the city came to inspect what they dug up it failed because they didn?t have what the city needed. I backed out of my basement walkout because this contractor does not have the proper knowledge or resources to figure out what the city needs. They consistently gave me inaccurate information. I knew it was a red flag when they showed up 4 hours late to my original consultation. I regret hiring them and I suggest looking into other options if you live in west valley and want to hire these people. They?re unaware of what the city requires. "
