Even though we had a bit of a problem locating lead blocking paint, Oscar kept his cool and remained friendly and positive the whole time. Oscar has great tools like a micro nail gun so that quarter round trim was put down with the tiniest of holes in the wood which did not need to be filled or sanded. Very happy that we found Oscar of Lavo Construction and hope to hire this nice devoted family man again!"

I special ordered all plumbing fixtures, custom cabinets, stone cabinet top, shower door, marble and tile. Keith picked up all materials and with his assistant, installed everything. He did an outstanding job of installing special German made shower valves and a Toto Washlet. The quality and precision of their work was impeccable and the tile and marble work was particularly impressive. Everything went together steadily and smoothly and the entire job was done in a little over 4 weeks.
