I hired Bill to build my forever home and he would constantly give me updates on how things were going and rough timelines. Giving me options on different things we can add to the house that I didn't know existed. Worked with me without ever being rude on any design changes that we thought of during construction. Always answered the phone despite something not going exactly to plan and helped alleviate any of the stress that is building a house. I highly recommend Bill, all of the scary things you hear about general contractors swindling and lying isn't Bill Spratt. Thanks Bill!"

"Just sparkling results! Baby grandson will be moving into a clean bright and freshly painted room this weekend. I especially appreciate how promptly Oscar of Lavo Construction LLC answered my plea for help just this last Monday am. . He got started that day. Even though we had a bit of a problem locating lead blocking paint, Oscar kept his cool and remained friendly and positive the whole time. Oscar has great tools like a micro nail gun so that quarter round trim was put down with the tiniest of holes in the wood which did not need to be filled or sanded. Very happy that we found Oscar of Lavo Construction and hope to hire this nice devoted family man again!"

"All things considered it went pretty well. We had just come off of multiple experiences (different companies) where the contractors did not fulfill their contracts and cost us a bunch of money with half finished jobs. Clic Homes was a breath of fresh air. They were easy to work with and felt that they gave us good attention. They offered to come to an arrangement (considering our previous experiences with other companies) where we felt comfortable not having too much money out of pocket before work was done. This was truly amazing. They were fairly prompt with their work. The work that was done was quality. I did not find that I needed to go back and ask for rework due to quality. Like all construction projects there was an issue or two that did not sit quite right with us, they were willing to work with us and fix the problem. Overall I would give them 4.5 stars."

"Excellent. Jed pruned an old apple tree so that it’s at the right height for me to pick. Carefully taking away branches to balance out the structure of the tree. He then dorayed it with a natural pest repellent. My tree is flourishing with fruit. Which makes me happy."

"Sione and his team did an amazing and thorough job excavating, prepping, and pouring our new driveway and walkway. We ended up having an unexpected amount of sand under our old driveway and he was great in guiding us through what we should do and how we can avoid any future issues. The work they did was honest and he was upfront about all parts of the work. They are experienced and do a great job. They were referred to us from my brother and I've since referred them to other family and neighbors."

Tom and his project manager, Jordan, offered many suggestions that made the finished product superior to our vision and more complete. The work will enhance our home for years to come. The subs who provided the framing, sheetrock, and mudding were friendly and excellent; they even could be called perfectionists. I must note that the owner has a full-time job and this is a side business. This fact actually worked to our advantage. Tom and Jordan would work evenings and weekends to complete our job. Their schedule was perfect for us because we did not have to take time off work. The owner operates a fair and ethical business. I recommend him without reservation and will definitely use this business again."
