This company built our deck, and over the years it has sunk. The materials and configuration of the deck have many years of useful life left, but they are only interested in replacing it with a new deck. Beware that they will strand you for any issues you incur after the warranty period is over. We were not looking for anything for free; we were just looking for them to provide a cost-effective repair to a product they designed and built.

Amazing work!

Miles Bradley did an amazing job on my Trex deck. They were a little behind in getting started due to all of the rain. Once they started it was full steam ahead! The deck looks amazing! They were courteous and professional. Once completed Andrew came out to give it the final inspection! A job well done!

Every other company that came out didn't listen to what I wanted and what my budget was. Basically said take it or leave it. It was easy decision not to go with those. Miles Bradley made it work and came in under my budget. Beautiful wood deck that utilized existing base. Very happy with my choice!

Used this company when listing our home for sale and the craftsmanship and dedication to the project was for sure the best! We moved out of state but would use them again and again if still there. I recommended them to our family and friends! 100% satisfied customer. BTW, we sold our home on the first day!

Quoted 3 builders for a Trex Deck. Paige was the most available to work with us to meet our needs and our budget. We traded back and forth several designs via email, and reached a very fair price. Deck looked great when finished. Two years later, a couple of trim boards warped and popped the screw heads. Paige sent a foreman to repair free of charge, even though it was 13 months out of warranty. The foreman spent 3+ hours inspecting and repairing. I took a star off for quality because the initial work used 1 screw in many spots where I would expect 2, but 5 stars for customer service for making it right even after the warranty expired.

They completed two decks that both look sharp.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Quality and workmanship were simply phenomenal. Front office staff and work crew were friendly and accessible. Deck build started and was competed within the estimated timeframe. Deck is gorgeous! We are very pleased.

We're very satisfied with the deck they built for us. Good quality of work as well as material. Friendly crew. A little improvement on communication is recommended but all major arrangements were timely managed. Thank you Andy, it was great doing business with you.

Great design. Very friendly and professional. We checked with some other contractors and they gave us the best price for our trex deck(spiced rum)

They did a fantastic job! Customer service and communication was excellent. The builder even redesigned our deck steps to make it more useable and improve the aesthetics. I would definitely recommend the company!

They did what they said they would do (and then some) when they said they would do it. Finished product is beautiful, clean up was complete and timely.

We had two additional companies come out and quote us for a Trex Deck. Miles Bradley came in at considerably less than the other companies. The service was excellent. The installers arrived each day by 8:30 and put in a full day. The attention to detail was very good. I would definitely recommend them to a friend

Brian the design consultant and project manager has been courteous and upfront about all aspects of our project, nothing has been a surprise. Brock our building specialist is a one man army with a great deal of knowledge and experience, what a great surprise to learn he would be our only onsite build specialist, so much easier to voice any build concerns to one point of contact. Very nice experience in all aspects of our home improvement project.

Very professional, friendly and timely. Provided good advice and were responsive to customer needs.

Reskinned our rear deck and did a very nice job. Worked with us on price and made sure we got what we wanted. We now have a large beautiful cedar deck.

Great materials, Outstanding craftsmanship, Superior design

they were here early did a real good job clean up and i was happy with their work.

The rain started the minute the footings were poured making a mess of mud in the yard. We were very pleased with the deck overall. Its beautiful.

The best contractor I have ever used!

We had to call them to complete the job. They forgot to install the stone underneath as promised and the handrail was never sanded-- very rough surface was unuseable until my husband sanded it down.

Andy has been great to work with so far. I expect/hope construction will go just as well!
