Anthony did an amazing job rewiring and installing a RV outlet in my garage but he also noticed a problem with the wiring in the breaker box and fixed it as well. The experience was great, He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail.

He was able to catch items that have been missed on the inspection when i bought the house.

The manager that came out to provide the estimate was on time and provided excellent service. The two workers that did the panel replacement arrived on time and did an excellent job. They also did an excellent job on the running some electrical lines. Highly recommend this company.

We were without power for nearly 14 hours. The company eventually sent out their head electrician to correct some of the problems - so they did follow thru on ensuring our satisfaction - however, we will not utilize them again.

Received a call within 15 minutes of posting on Angie’s. Travis was here w/n 45 minutes as promised. He quickly found my wiring issue and resolved it. Very satisfied!

Simple circuit breaker was flipped off. Paid $299 for 10 mins of tech's time. $59 for travel, $240 with no warning that I would be charged $240 for diagnostic work. I feel this is a poor way to treat customers. Not charging by the hour but by a one size fits all is too expensive for a simple fix as was the case for my repair. Customers, beware and ask for diagnostic charge upfront. I can't imagine what the charge might have been had there been some real electrical work necessary. I did ask the tech about my garage refrigerator not working and he did quickly point out a wiring concern and told me to plug a power cord into another receptacle, which I appreciated. However, did not expect this to cost me $ 240. Again, this was all 10-12 mins of work.

Professionally installed, but at a very steep cost! Only tied into an existing fixture and mounted the two lights. Asked for a quick quote for some potential add on work, but equally outrageous.

When the technician came out to give the quote, he was very professional and reassuring that the work was going to go well - and although extensive - could be done in one day. When the day of the work came, the technician arrived with two additional techs and began work. We expected the work to last 5-6 hours, for the main panel, and then expected to have power back in the house, while they completed pulling the new circuits. THANK GOD WE HAD A GENERATOR! The techs arrived around 9am and did not finish until 11pm - YUP, 14 HOURS! It was beyond ridiculous. Without our generator we would have lost 100s of dollars in groceries from our refrigerator/freezer, the house ended up being 85 degrees for us to try and sleep that night, we tried calling the main office - multiple times to see what could be done to get the work completed faster/sooner (send out some other techs, etc.) - but no response - not even when I left multiple requests for them to call me back the next day. We received nothing but "I'm sorry" and was then handed the bill for $7,350.00. Our pool cleaner was stepped on and broken - we were not told - and our brand new broom and dustpan set were taken when they were cleaning up. Based on our experience I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN! It was A LOT of money to have such an awful customer service experience!

Technicians were on time, communicated very well with me, (didn't use to much Technical talk). They were polite and cleaned up after themselves. They were very efficient at their job and finished in a timely manner.

Technician came out on time, diagnosed my issues, and had them fixed in no time. very professional and friendly.

Brandon came to our house and was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing! I loved their uniforms and he engaged with us as clients!

Called Mr. Sparky and they sent a technician out the next day. The initial charge was going to be over $300 to diagnose and fix. When I said "no thanks" the technician agreed to do it at the rate of $171 - with my $25 coupon from Angie's List. The repair was less than 10 minutes...and then I had to listen to a spiel about buying a service contract. The technician was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable about changing the electrical receptacle. Electricians are highly skilled but this was a very high charge for a minor repair.

Billy was very professional. He took the time and explain what he was going to do and broke the cost down in detail. We had many options to choose from. We already knew it was going to be expensive but we chose the right price that fit our budget. When Billy came it did not take as long as I thought it would. He finish in less then 1 hour. I am very happy with the service they provided and would recommend them to anyone that needs electrical work.

Trouble confirming appointment. Called on day of appointment to confirm - was told I'd get a call back. That never came. Called again - was told technician was on the way. Electrician verbally quoted a fixed amount for the work - but didn't include the service fee. Upon completion he added $59.

They arrived on time at first but when they had to come back for subsequent visits to fix things that they had forgot it was difficult to get them on the phone. They have definitely over charged for services. Initially it when you're a new customer they will get in touch with you right away but after you have paid them for the services and some services are still to be done at times it is difficult to get a hold of them. However overall they will get the work done and since there is a corporation that holds them accountable and responsible for the work they do that always helps with the guarantee that they provide. I will not hire them unless there is no one else .

The service was excellent! They electrician who came (Chas, from Tampa) was excellent. He arrived on time, and worked a very long day till the job was complete. Very polite, professional, cleaned up and everything works!

It went very well they were on time as scheduled.  Great communications throughout.   I was informed of initial the problem.  Received a detailed estimate for the issue at hand and details of another issue they found.  I will be scheduling again for the additional work.  They were very professional.
