They did such a great job that we had them work on a full remodel for our main bathroom. They changed the tub into a shower for us and did such an amazing job. We were told two weeks, but it turned into three. But Russ was so great at keeping us completely in the know of everything that was going on and also helped out on some other projects while they were here (we kept adding small things like removing an old swamp cooler vent and new light fixtures). My wifeâ s parents were so impressed that they also hired the company to work on their bathroom as well. "TLDR: Upfront on costs, options. Very high quality work. Friendly. Mike at Upfront is amazing. He understood the work I needed done which was to install a water softener and he asked questions about what I was trying to achieve which revealed some plumbing changes we needed to make to have soft water at all sinks throughout the house. He reviewed those options with me and wasn't pushy about the other work to allow me to make the decision on what I wanted to do. After performing the work we realized we didn't like the soft water at our fridge and he came back FOR FREE to switch back the plumbing for the fridge to the way it was before. He really went above and beyond to not only perform the work at a top level, but also offer options to achieve what we wanted from our water system. I will definitely be calling them for any plumbing needs."
