I've dealt with a zone damper problem for over two years that is finally fixed. However, I called (AA), because my AC stopped cooling correctly. They discussed my problem over the phone and gave me some troubleshooting ideas, after which I was able to fix the cooling problem immediately without cost or without having to endure a hot house in the middle of summer. "I finally have found an honest HVAC Company!! I had several other companies come to help me evaluate whether my AC could be fixed or get bids if I needed to get a new one. One said it couldn't be fixed so I needed a new AC; another said I needed a new AC AND a furnace; another said I need a new AC AND a water heater.
