"YES HVAC scammed me out of $2,500. When I had my furnace & air conditioner replaced last year, YES failed to mention that Carrier (both my heater & AC were Carrier brands) was running a promotion that if you replaced both a furnace & an AC system with Carrier products, they would give you a cash rebate of $2,500. YES HVAC simply did not inform me of the company rebate program; instead, they just took the money from me without my knowledge. I eventually found out about the rebate later when I replaced the second full system in our house. Obviously I went with another more transparent/honest company the second go around. When I discussed the situation with YES management (even providing them with the written proof from Carrier Company of the rebate program), I still have heard nothing further from YES. My suggestion is to go with the competition rather than YES HVAC; it cost me a $2,500 rebate, what will they scam you out of?"

"David (a "master electrician" with many years of experience) did a very good job installing 3 new can lights in our kitchen ceiling, connecting them to existing ceiling lights. He was very pleasant and cleaned up well after himself (also an important part of the job). His estimate was at lease 30% or more below what others quoted us. He also fixed another wiring problem we had unrelated to the original job. He asked no more for this additional work. We gave him a "tip" for "going the second mile." He showed up as promised. The job took him about the time he had predicted: roughly 2 hours. In short, I would not hesitate in recommending David and David's Electric. My wife and I are very satisfied customers.
