"I had Wasatch Heating & Air come to my home for a second opinion…. I had another “Big known name” come by to give me a bid, and their price floored me to say the least…. James came over that same day, explained thing much better, and why he was recommending the equipment he did. Then when he showed me the price of what he was recommending, I was thrilled to see that I was saving thousands of dollars, only paying 60% of what the big name company quoted….. The install was set for the next morning, and the guys showed up, did a great job. They showed great respect for me and my house, it was cleaner after they left, then before they got here… Thank you to James and the crew, Steven & Corey, for replacing my HVAC system and it’s now running great and much quieter then my old unit!!!!"

Responded to my initial query within minutes; agreed to come give a free estimate same day (and arrived on time); immediately understood the very real complexities of the project; and offered a clear and concise explanation of what was needed and what it would cost. Started the project quickly and finished in the promised amount of time. Checked the whole HVAC system he installed, cleared away all the old systems and garbage, explained how it all worked, and said to call with any questions or concerns. "Absolute Air (AA) is the second company I've had at the house and will be the first one I'll call the next time I need HVAC service. I've dealt with a zone damper problem for over two years that is finally fixed. However, I called (AA), because my AC stopped cooling correctly. They discussed my problem over the phone and gave me some troubleshooting ideas, after which I was able to fix the cooling problem immediately without cost or without having to endure a hot house in the middle of summer. They fixed my damper problem a couple of days later after getting the part. Caleb and Tom were great. It was obvious that they both cared about providing the best service possible."

"Kevin Crickenberger, Holiday Heating, provided us with exceptional quality service and value when replacing our 50+ year-old steam boiler. This project was difficult as it required disassembling the boiler to get it down a set of stairs into the basement and then reassembling the boiler and steam pipe network. Kevin and his crew went above and beyond to get this work completed. We will have Kevin do our annual maintenance on the new boiler and highly recommend him for any maintenance, repair, or replacement of boiler systems."
