"I called David Trail because my roof was leaking into the kitchen and more rain was on the way. He was the first contractor to show up. After walking the roof, he decided that the problem wasnâ t roofing, it was cracked caulking around the vents. I signed for the repair and his workers did enough to see me through for the next few days. The rain fell, but not in the kitchen. When he came back, I invited him to walk the property and bid on patching and repainting problem areas of the house and walls.
