Installation went well, floor looks nice. Contacted Cody for warranty work. I've found 2 areas so far that delaminated. Cody didn't inspect the issue in person and he said wouldn't perform the warranty work without charging additional fees despite all the promises I was given at the time of purchase. His customer service skills suck. I will not recommend them to anyone and I will insist on someone when dealing with the company.

Amazing! The final product is as advertised as it withstands the weather, sun and furniture. Anything that appears to stain the coating, is easily removed with a little water. Our only regret is to not have done this sooner and maybe pick a darker color as it is lighter than we anticipated from the sample provided. The installation crew was professional, courteous and worked quickly. We also appreciated the attention from Zach Moore as he was patient, knowledgeable and truly cared about our needs.

Zach the estimator did a great job explaining the options for coverage and the cost. He provided knowledgeable information on the materials and processes they use and how they are better than what other companies might do. I had done some research and found what Zach explained was consistent with best materials on the market. The installers were also very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing and answered all my questions. The work was performed very well. After it had dried, I expressed concern with the top coat in some areas. They came back and worked those areas to my satisfaction. The product and installation have a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This includes repairing damage from hard objects that fall (it should be resilient to damage). They stressed that I should call if I have any concerns. In fact, I did call them a second time with questions and they made sure I understood everything and was happy. Webfoot is new to the Utah market, but they have years of experience in Oregon and Idaho. They are working hard to establish a good reputation in Utah

I had great service from the Webfoot team! My driveway had a prior coating that was really slipery when wet. The webfoot coating with the "shark bite" and gritty aggregate has made my driveway safe to walk on when wet. I'm very pleased and it looks GREAT!
