Francisco and Flaco did an absolutely amazing job preparing our yard for our deck. They graded the area and removed all the overburden, moved our sprinkler valves, dug the holes for and poured footings for three support posts, and then poured a concrete slab for storage as well as the rest of the footings for the deck. They were prompt, kept their work area clean, communicated well, and were willing to work with the fact that I recently had knee surgery and had dogs that needed to use the yard periodically during the day. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up the yard and power washing the driveway when they were all through. I would highly, highly recommend Knockout Landscaping for any job that you have upcoming. Pricing was very reasonable and they went the extra mile to make sure everything was just as we wanted.

This company is exceptional. The hardest working landscapers I’ve hired in Salt Lake City. They have up to 20 years of experience in the field and can fix just about anything! Their work was thorough and meticulous; and my yard looks completely different. Clean and professional work. They also have very reasonable prices! I’m so happy with the outcome.

5 Stars for Francisco. They delivered solid work, were very punctual, and always left the job site clean if they left for the day. I am very please with the outcome of the concrete posts for the pergola - they did the job quickly but carefully, and took extra care to ensure the posts were equal and level. I appreciated the proactive checking in at various stages of the project. They are not the cheapest option, but you absolutely get what you pay for. I have used them for two projects so, and I would use them again.

Francisco and his crew were amazing! I needed new sprinklers and sod installed asap to get my house ready to sell. They found problems along the way, kept me informed, and found solutions, even doing a bit of concrete work to repair broken sprinkler lines under my driveway. Super professional. Quick. And the end result is beautiful! I've already recommended them to a friend.

Francisco and the team are fantastic! They are all extremely knowledgeable, skilled, friendly, and respectful. They did an incredible job and got it done very quickly. They helped us understand obstacles they ran into and helped us fix long term issues that we otherwise would not have been aware of. They were very responsive, did AMAZING work, and communicated with us throughout the process. They graded the property, helped us choose the right rocks and materials to make the xeriscape project perfect. They also fixed our concrete issues and drip irrigation. Pictures don't do it justice!

We love working with Francisco and his crew! They are incredibly professional, fairly priced, and do great work. We've been incredibly pleased with having a paver path installed, and are moving forward with having them do our planter beds. Highly recommend.

Francisco and his team did an amazing job renovating our front yard! The front yard met all expectations and much more! By far the most responsive contractor who I have had. Price point was extremely fair and less than other bids. His team works hard and were dedicated to provide quality and get the job done. I highly recommend and would definitely hire again.

Fransico and his team did an excellent job. Their bid was very competitive and well-priced. They took out our existing grass, set up a drip sprinkler system, installed rock, and put in a paver walking path. His team worked quickly but did a very nice job. I was highly impressed with the paver walkway. It needed to be curved, which is not easy, and they nailed it. Looks great. Francisco communicated well and often. I am very excited to see our front yard now. I would use them again for another project.

We hired Francisco (owner) to do a complete overhaul of our front and back yard. It was a huge project (grading, xeriscaping, sprinklers, sod and a retaining wall) and the attention to detail combined with a depth of knowledge in every area was impressive. In addition to being a great professional (excellent communication over the course of the project), Francisco was delightful to work with. We actually miss him already. I would highly recommend Knockout.
