I assumed lower quote is for an easy job, the 499 for something out of the ordinary. My job was easy, they were in and out in 20 minutes. I was not there, but my wife was and did not know anything, just said yes to $399. What in gods name would they do for their $249 quote ? I think they took advantage of my wife. I would not of hired them for $400. better cheaper options. Beware"

"On Aug-30-2013 I purchased a $55 Chimney Sweep Plus Safety Inspection. I scheduled an inspection at the first availability of 3-4 weeks later. An unforeseen event required me to reschedule, that appointment. Since then, the service technician missed the first appointment due to illness, and the second without explanation.

I received a phone call apologising for the issues over the past few weeks (due to an employee who is no longer with them), advised that it should now be resolved, and I am now awaiting another serviced visit."
