They not only remodeled a bathroom, we then had them remold a basement and then we had them remodel the whole upstairs and do another bathroom. When we followed up on 12/11, they mentioned a family emergency, which we understood. We had also just experienced a basement flood and lost everything, so timely work was very important. After three more weeks of calls and texts with no response, we had to finish the job ourselves. The lack of communication and follow through was very disappointing."
