"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"He was on time, polite, quick, thorough, and honest.
He completed the furnace checks efficiently. He gave his honest opinion on what humidifier system would work best in our home and didn't try to upwell us unnecessarily. He gave us quotes on 3 different systems ranging from $500-$1000+. He suggested the mid range system (which we have been very happy with) He also did not try to sell us on a system for both of our furnaces - he explained that it was only necessary on 1 system.
we will be using them again for our yearly A/C check soon.

Having warm water is important for my business, and even though I knew they were so busy, he made the repair happen as quickly as possible. He was honest about cost, my options, and timing. "James was great, He came out the same day, found the problem right away. He spent time telling my husband all about the humidifier in our new home. Will definitely be calling him if anything else goes wrong. He does give a 30 day warranty if anything goes wrong he will be there to fix it."
