They discussed my problem over the phone and gave me some troubleshooting ideas, after which I was able to fix the cooling problem immediately without cost or without having to endure a hot house in the middle of summer. They fixed my damper problem a couple of days later after getting the part. Caleb and Tom were great. It was obvious that they both cared about providing the best service possible."

This was a $59 big deal purchase. It went fine, I guess. I don't think it was to bad of a price. The quality must have been good because I have not had him out again. He must have fixed what it was. I think they came out when they said they were going to. I think my wife did this while I was gone.
