They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. "YES HVAC scammed me out of $2,500. When I had my furnace & air conditioner replaced last year, YES failed to mention that Carrier (both my heater & AC were Carrier brands) was running a promotion that if you replaced both a furnace & an AC system with Carrier products, they would give you a cash rebate of $2,500. YES HVAC simply did not inform me of the company rebate program; instead, they just took the money from me without my knowledge. I eventually found out about the rebate later when I replaced the second full system in our house. Obviously I went with another more transparent/honest company the second go around. When I discussed the situation with YES management (even providing them with the written proof from Carrier Company of the rebate program), I still have heard nothing further from YES. My suggestion is to go with the competition rather than YES HVAC; it cost me a $2,500 rebate, what will they scam you out of?"

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"It was very nice to work with Kris at Western Mechanical for our major renovation project. We were very pleased with the professionalism, timeliness, and quality of the final product. We had a major job as the whole house was being redone. I was formally the general contractor for the project and they worked nicely along with and around the other contractors. It was nice to have at least one thing that we didn't have to worry much about. In the end, we love the final product which works wonderfully. I would be very happy to recommend them."

"Landmark Uses Disreputable Contractors ? AZA Repair & Brenovations HVAC Are the Worst Landmark sent AZA Repair for my refrigerator, and they left it worse than before?still not working, scorch marks from a blowtorch, copper lines sticking out, tools and oil left behind, and no receipt. Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."

"You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."
