The Sales Staff listened to our needs & wants then gave us multiple options at different price points explaining the reasons for the different prices. They didn't try to over sell and actually talked us out of replacing our water heater since it wasn't needed. They checked and fixed everything that was associated with our Furnace and AC replacement including what was needed to move our AC over 3 feet to be within code as part of their service! This was a $59 big deal purchase. It went fine, I guess. I don't think it was to bad of a price. The quality must have been good because I have not had him out again. He must have fixed what it was. I think they came out when they said they were going to. I think my wife did this while I was gone.
