They didn't try to over sell and actually talked us out of replacing our water heater since it wasn't needed. "The job took two days, but it was a big job. They had to uninstall the furnace, move it back 10 inches to be able to install the coil for the a/c unit. While at the same time pulling and replacing the old duct work with new insulated duct and redesigned the system for better airflow.  The installers were on time, professional. Worked quickly, cleaned up their mess. I would used them again. My installation was expensive, but more do to what I had done and going with the higher end Train A/C unit.
