"JR and Home Pros did a great job stretching our carpet, and showed that they are professionals who truly care! Unfortunately, and because of no fault of JR (a previous repair done incorrectly made our wall weak), a wall was damaged while he was stretching the carpet. JR dropped everything he was doing and had the damage repaired within a day. He did quality work quickly (the wall actually looks better now than it did), and came through on every promise he made. Accidents can happen in any industry and it speaks volumes about a company as to how they are handledâ ¦JR handled it in the most professional and best way possible. "J&M did a great job on my main floor remodel painting. Billy was always quick to respond and worked with me when I had schedule changes. Marcelo covered the painting and he was respectful to work with and did a good job. There were a few touch up issues which they took care of the day of our final walk-through. They even did a last minute color change on my bathroom when I couldn't stand the new color of the walls with the existing cabinets. All in all a good experience and I would use J&M again if I ever hire out painting in the future."
