Unfortunately, and because of no fault of JR (a previous repair done incorrectly made our wall weak), a wall was damaged while he was stretching the carpet. JR dropped everything he was doing and had the damage repaired within a day. He did quality work quickly (the wall actually looks better now than it did), and came through on every promise he made.
