Unfortunately, and because of no fault of JR (a previous repair done incorrectly made our wall weak), a wall was damaged while he was stretching the carpet. JR dropped everything he was doing and had the damage repaired within a day. He did quality work quickly (the wall actually looks better now than it did), and came through on every promise he made. "J&M did a great job on my main floor remodel painting. Billy was always quick to respond and worked with me when I had schedule changes. Marcelo covered the painting and he was respectful to work with and did a good job. There were a few touch up issues which they took care of the day of our final walk-through. They even did a last minute color change on my bathroom when I couldn't stand the new color of the walls with the existing cabinets. All in all a good experience and I would use J&M again if I ever hire out painting in the future."
