"we hired Cransten to do a remodel of our kitchen, master bath and floors in kitchen, dining room, living room, stairs and upstairs den. The initial process was different then I had seen before with me going over the scope of work with a project manager on the phone and me sending pictures of the rooms and spaces that would be remodeled. Different isn't bad their process worked very well. before the work the contractor Robert [Provider Name Removed] made an appointment to complete a walk through. Robert showed up early which was a pleasant surprise as most companies get there when they want. We eventually signed after a price was given. The billing process was simple. And several people from the company checked in with me each week to ensure we were happy and things were going good. A date was set to begin the demo and the project. "J&M did a great job on my main floor remodel painting. Billy was always quick to respond and worked with me when I had schedule changes. Marcelo covered the painting and he was respectful to work with and did a good job. There were a few touch up issues which they took care of the day of our final walk-through. They even did a last minute color change on my bathroom when I couldn't stand the new color of the walls with the existing cabinets. All in all a good experience and I would use J&M again if I ever hire out painting in the future."
