I've worked with several contractors over the years and have had horrible nightmare experiences, even to the extent I vowed to never use a contractor again. I decided to give it one more chance for a medium sized project. Russ from Compass Bath and Remodel is a diamond in the rough! He helped us do a bathroom remodel, and he also helped us do some demolition in another part of our house and helped us build some amazing closet shelves for our kitchen pantry, master room, etc. He is so respectful and patient and answers all our questions in detail. He's respectful to our home and always makes sure to be very careful to not ruin anything and he puts his mats down on the floor every time he comes to make sure our carpet stays nice. The biggest thing I appreciate about Russ is he is uber responsive and he does what he says he will do when he says he'll do it. He over communicates to make sure we understand everything perfectly at the beginning and end of every day. We will definitely be using Russ for any future remodel/construction needs moving forward. We highly highly recommend!

It was amazing! My floor was rotting away and I now have a beautiful floor, tub, sink and custom shelves, counter and window sill for my cats. They made the best of my small bathroom and turned it into a spa resort.
