He was slightly more expensive than other bids I received, but I hired him because he seemed the most professional. He was very careful to avoid messes and and even was able, with power washing to get those unsightly and impossible-to-remove ivy roots off a brick wall prior to painting it."

Unfortunately, and because of no fault of JR (a previous repair done incorrectly made our wall weak), a wall was damaged while he was stretching the carpet. The initial process was different then I had seen before with me going over the scope of work with a project manager on the phone and me sending pictures of the rooms and spaces that would be remodeled. Different isn't bad their process worked very well. before the work the contractor Robert [Provider Name Removed] made an appointment to complete a walk through. Robert showed up early which was a pleasant surprise as most companies get there when they want. We eventually signed after a price was given. The billing process was simple. And several people from the company checked in with me each week to ensure we were happy and things were going good. A date was set to begin the demo and the project.
