He diagnosed the problem of a dirty indoor evaporator coil. He cleaned it on the spot, which took 90 mins. He didn't charge me for the diagnosis time, and the whole job cost $202.50. (I had an estimate from another contractor of $425.) The technician brought and wore booties in my condo to keep the floor clean. He also brought a small vacuum and vacummed and cleaned the area after he was done. He was professional, courteous and seemed to know what he was talking about when I asked him questions about the AC. I have worked with several other AC contractors, but have never had an experience like this with someone who was on time, professional, efficient and offered as good of value for the money. I will definitely be using Affordable Heating & Cooling again."
