Trent and Hyrum came out and helped me identify that I had a failed water main which was causing flooding in my basement. They gave me a great quote, were very clear about what would need to be done and how the pricing would shake out. They showed up on time, their trenchers were clean, insanely fast and professional. They were in and out within a few hours and extremely polite and considerate as they did so. Their final price came out exactly where they had told me in the beginning. I am very pleased with their work and demeanor and will be using them again in the future for any maintenance or repairs needed.

I had been fighting with our bathroom sink slowly draining for over a year. Finally stopped altogether. I had taken the p-trap off myself and cleaned it several times but still didn't fix the issue so I called Neon Plumbing. The office staff was very friendly and scheduled Trent to come. He arrived as promised and within a few minutes had diagnosed the issue. And best of all, that clogged drain was a thing of the past. I'm so happy I found Neon and would recommend them to anyone.

Trent fixed mistakes from other plumbers that installed my custom deep sink, carbon filter and ice maker valves and my wife is hopeful to use him for all of our other family home upgrades. Gas water heater finally went out and we wanted to get a quote for replacing 40 gal with 50 gal and also switching to a gas tankless. I found 4 service providers on Angi last niggt and got estimates from all 4 this morning. Trent with Neon Plumbing and Air was the 4th estimate and without question I’m glad we went with Neon! Trent was very knowledgeable, informative, attentive to detail and explained pros and cons for both types and very transparent about everything. He was able to get all supplies today and come back in about 90 minutes and completely take out old tank and install new Navien tankless water heater including updated to code plumbing and exhaust vent. I highly highly recommend Neon to anyone considering any kind of heating, air or water service and ask for Trent if possible!
