Then we seal the floor with our own brand of commercial sealer and finish. It looks like Urethane, last's like urethane and it cleans like Urethane. But Unlike urethane there is no odor, and it dries in just one hour. So you can literally seal each floor with multiple coats in just a few hours. Granite should be resealed every 12 to 18 months, depending on the color and usage. Lighter granite needs to be resealed more frequently than darker colors.
