Then we seal the floor with our own brand of commercial sealer and finish. It looks like Urethane, last's like urethane and it cleans like Urethane. But Unlike urethane there is no odor, and it dries in just one hour. So you can literally seal each floor with multiple coats in just a few hours. Marble is high maintenance, like most other types of natural stone flooring. However, because it is naturally a more porous stone, there are a few added care instructions. Polishing removes the top layer of your floor, removing surface-level scuffs and scratches. Buffing your floor involves filling the scratches and scuffs with a buffing solution. Acid can seriously damage granite countertops and lead to etching and erosion. This is why cleaning with vinegar isn’t recommended. Other acidic items that you should keep away from your granite countertops include:
