I've dealt with a zone damper problem for over two years that is finally fixed. However, I called (AA), because my AC stopped cooling correctly. They discussed my problem over the phone and gave me some troubleshooting ideas, after which I was able to fix the cooling problem immediately without cost or without having to endure a hot house in the middle of summer. Since I was having a new toilet installed, I was given the type of toilet that I would need. So, I purchased it, and Randy picked it up from Lowes and promptly came to install it. He was always courteous, professional and friendly. He answered my questions and seemed to be quite knowledgeable. Randy was efficient in removing and then installing the new toilet. He hauled away the old fixture and cleaned up after himself. Before he left, I tested the toilet, and it works much better than the previous one. Everything went quite smoothly. "Damon of SameDay Heating and Air arrived at 12:02 and performed maintenance on the furnace. He was scheduled to arrive between twelve and two so I was a bit flabberghasted by his earlier than expected arrival. Damon was not one to lallygag and so had the furnace properly maintained in good time. My wife and I were working to remove a dead battery from our Toyota Prius with minimal luck. As Damon was exiting our home, we asked if he had any special tools that might loosen a tricky nut holding the battery in place. Damon didn't let time constraints deter him from working on the nut and several other nuts holding the battery down and made great strides in helping remove the dead battery. He said that it was no problem and his pleasure. Kudos to Damon and kudos to SameDay Heating and Air for the well deserved raise they will be giving Damon for going above and beyond all in an effort to keep the customer satisfied.
