James did a fantastic job on my A/C blower motor replacement and system service. He arrived on time for the diagnostic service on my system. He explained everything to me. Unfortunately the tech showed up alone and without the large ladder, so we had to reschedule for the next week. Once he had the proper equipment, the tech was great. Worked efficiently and took extra care. Pricey and took an extra week, but the work turned out well."
