Belle Air Systems

Belle Air Systems installed a new A/C unit in 2017. It was not only a great experience, it has saved us hundreds of dollars a month on our Roseville Electric bill. This morning my wife noticed the air temp climbing as we keep our house pretty cold. By 11am it was apparent that the unit was blowing warm air. I called the owner Eric and although they are extremely busy, he told me he would get someone by late today or tomorrow first thing. An hour went by and he sent me a message that someone would be here within a couple hours. A little over an hour later his service techs Dave and Josh showed up and quickly diagnosed that it was a compacitor. They had the part on hand and had the cold air blowing again in a few minutes. The part was even covered under the manufacturer's warranty from when we had the unit installed in 2017. To top it off, they cleaned the condensor and left us in great shape. Dave explained how to keep it clean and free of dust and debris. This is a prime example of why we choose to support our local small businesses in our community. Let's just say, I love hiring honest, dependable, reliable contractors. My A/C stopped working , so I called around for service. The first company to come out ,looked over the system, even in the attic, not repairing anything.Then telling me my system was old and the compressor was bad and I should replace the system for $12,700. Then, after checking the recommendations on Nextdoor.com, I called Belle Air Systems 916-521-3144 Eric Connor, the owner took my call and to my great surprise, he was just leaving a job close by. He swung by within 15 minutes of my call, addressed my issue and had me back up and running within an hour. I felt so relieved, I even gave him a nice tip. Dave and his partner found the problem quickly, fixed my furnace same visit. Cost very reasonable. Previous company would have charged me 10 times more (thus the reason for my getting a second estimate). Highly recommend!

I got 6 estimates for a new Air & Heating system that would be placed on the roof of my house. I chose Bell Air Systems. This is a company of three men, and Eric is the owner. Eric came to the house to give me an estimate. We sat down and went thru the whole process. We talked about the quality of heating/air systems today and who manufactures them. Then we talked about the process and time lines of putting in a new heating /air system. The HVAC Technicians did the job in one day working cleanly and efficiently and within their initial estimate. I am very satisfied with their performance, the quality of equipment provided, and the personal comfort I am now experiencing.
