James did a fantastic job on my A/C blower motor replacement and system service. He arrived on time for the diagnostic service on my system. He explained everything to me. (I tend to ask a lot of questions). He gave me a few quote options. I accepted one of the quotes and James was back the next morning to do the repair. He did everything has said he would do. "Needed a large chandelier hung on a 17 ft ceiling. I told the office staff their tech would need scaffolding, an extra large ladder or perhaps an assistant. Unfortunately the tech showed up alone and without the large ladder, so we had to reschedule for the next week. Once he had the proper equipment, the tech was great. Worked efficiently and took extra care. Pricey and took an extra week, but the work turned out well."
