I had JDC construction build a deck and covered patio area for me. The craftsmanship on the work they did was exceptional! Dan took what I described I wanted and designed something that exceeded my expectations! The project was done when they said it would be. They left my yard free of debris and ready to have people over. I absolutely LOVE my new outdoor living space! I would absolutely hire these pros again..

Dan was the only contractor of the five I contacted who had immediate, thorough, and knowledgable answers to any question about the project I could throw at him. I had a unique problem I needed to solve with the new deck, and he took my ideas and used his expertise to make them better, look nicer, and stay within code and best construction practices. Dan communicated with me all the way through the process, including my lengthy research phase. Bottom line: He knows his stuff, does amazing work, and is reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

We couldn't be happier with Dan and his crew. Dan is smart and creative, and came up with ideas for our new deck that were WAY better than what we (and the other contractors we talked to first) had in mind. He's also really easy to work with--a great communicator, and always available to discuss details or overall plans. His crew worked efficiently and thoroughly, and we LOVE our new deck. Dan was really good to work with. He considered my problems and thoughts when he designed the layout of my ramp. It appears that there were some unique problems so it took a little longer than "normal" to finish it. However, they finished it by the time I REALLY needed it. I am grateful to Dan and his crew for a beautiful, functional, long-lasting ramp.

JDC construction installed my Trex deck. I couldn’t be more happy with the finished product. Dan was friendly and easy going. The price was more than and actually came in much cheaper than another contractors bid of Redwood. When I get around to having a cover built over it JDC will be the only call I make. 5 stars for sure.

They did an excellent job rebuilding my deck. Dan was professional, very easy to work with, and he had good design ideas. His crew was also friendly and professional. They worked hard and finished the job quickly, 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The new deck looks AWESOME - very good workmanship.

Exceptional work on a custom deck with hot tub installation. All work done to code, professionally completed in a timely manner. Excellent sense for design! They were the only contractor who suggest scribe-cutting the edge of the deck into the retaining wall, creating a seamless transition between the deck and the rest of the yard. Would recommend to anyone based on this experience. I am currently getting bids from them to do a custom pergola as well. VERY HAPPY with this contractor!
