"This company, which is a family-owned operation, is run by a gentleman who had a large commercial roofing company for many years and his experience was noticeable. Our roof was a PVC flat roof and the company with whom he sourced the PVC had a 20-year warranty (which included the work). We had one small aesthetic issue when the job was done and they were happy to redo a small section with a minimal cost for extra tile. I also appreciated their cleanliness of the work site. Scheduled the installation for day I was off but miscommunication caused for the gutters to be done day before when I was not off. Gutters look great and function well. Installers did leave several long gutters nails and metal clips in the yard that I was not happy about because we have dogs and they could have stepped on them. Other than that I was pleased with M&M and would hire again."
