1st issue was a $5000 miss understanding on the gutter replacement. We would not have replaced the gutters if it would have been communicated better. 2nd issue was the weather cause the project to go several days, but they did not clean up the nails very well. We found several nails in the driveway after they left for the day and even after we cleaned up I still got a nail in my motorcycle tire 3rd issue is that I have had several calls about making the final payment, but nobody has visited to make sure the work was done right. After complaining about the gutters, they dont care about the customer or the work. I hope I do not need to use the warranty because I dont trust that they will help.

4 no showes for a warranty leak.. with Email after Email stating that they are having scheduling problems. As I have wasted 4 Day of vacation waiting for them not to show up or even call. I should copy and paste the excuse list but itâ s pages.

Horrible schedule multiple no shows, rescheduled even on perfectly sunny clear days. Not following through with the time period we were promised by the sales person. Seems we are being put on the back burner and I would not recommend this company for any type of small roof repair

I will hand it to these guys, they are fast, Iâ m in the trades as well, I understand getting in and out of projects is important, noticing now 2 years later after my roof was redone that there was significant damage done while reinstalling my solar panels as I recently climbed up to put some heat tape on a couple spots. All the tar and rocks have washed away where you can see they worked putting on the panels!

They were willing to do a repair where others I contacted would not assist.

They were prompt and finished the job in one day. They kept me informed, both through photography and verbally .

The Job manager will be back for final check and payment on Monday, but even before that, I looked around the jobsite and foune 1 nail they missed.

They said they would clean up but they left a lot of nails and packaging materials everywhere. I found nails in my driveway. I am disappointed they did not do what they said when they were trying to get my job. They were on target for time. They did start project when they said they would and finished the same day. As far as I can tell the roof looks very nice.

Absolutely terrible company they had to come out four separate times to fix the problems from their installation first it didn't drain second they damaged when they came out to make repairs third I had fascia installed and they used two different types of materials that didn't match and after all of the installations my roof and drip edged were damaged and I get to run around for 2 years with no response horrible horrible horrible company do not use find someone else

Roof Tek will not take responsibility for the workers they hire. They showed up announced and entered my backyard without my knowledge or permission.

The gutters were on an angle and not level. The gutter guard does not even allow a light rain through. They did send a sub to level the gutters and fix a downspout.

They did what they said they would do at the time they said. Very professional and nice to work with!

There were times communication got away from them a little but it was beginning of winter so I imagine they were busy getting houses fixed up. But they were very professional and easy to work with overall

The was extremely careful about cleaning up as they worked and minimized the impact on our personal life as they worke

Everything was great. Maybe the only downfall was 3 of our cars had one flat tires from the nails.

RoofTek walked us through the process of getting insurance to cover the work necessary. My roof would have been completely covered except there were issues due to work done on it by a previous owner. The project manager helped us by giving me the additional work at their materials cost. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work and materials. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement.

It was much better than we expected!!!

Once we had the job scheduled it only took a day and a portion of the next to complete. I did not have to be home and Brian kept me up-to-date by texting me photos while I was at work. They worked with my insurance company on the coverage and I had minimal out of pocket payments, besides my deductible.

They did a great job for a great price. The customer service is top notch.
