"This company did a great job! They were there very early in the morning with a crew and went right to work. They had to strip off 2 layers of old roofing and also did some repairs to the roof. Then they got the new roof all laid in and done and everything cleaned back up in like 12 hrs time. We were very impressed. We are very pleased with how our whole process went from start to finish. We would highly recommend this company !"

The most common defect in a flat roof is leaking. You can use silicone caulk around the upper lip of your roof vent boot to seal it temporarily, or you can slide a repair sleeve over the roof vent and old vent boot to stop air and water leaks temporarily. However, these aren’t permanent solutions, so you should always hire a professional to come out and replace the roof vent boot for a long-lasting fix and peace of mind.

As with any roofing material, there are benefits and drawbacks to consider before installing roll roofing. On the plus side, roll roofing is budget-friendly, lightweight, and comparatively easy to install. It is also ideal for low-sloped roofs and lasts around 10 years. The cons of roll roofing, however, include its low durability compared to roofing materials, restricted color choices, and low ROI.
