Landen went above and beyond on my project and made sure that the value of the product he was producing for me was top of the line, he was extremely clean and tidy with all of the material and working areas, he took those extra steps in his process that often times get overlooked by other general contractors. He made sure all my needs and wants were met and provided educated support throughout the entire process. Landen was genuinely interested in what would work best for us and not what was easiest or most profitable. His communication was amazing throughout the project and was always quick to respond at a moments notice. I look forward to working with this company again!

I needed some major repair work after a car crashed through the front of my property. Working with the driver's insurance and my HOA was slow and painful. Landen was great to work with and always quick to respond with any info needed by insurance or HOA. He had great communication and coordination and was able to complete the job quickly as soon as the insurance and HOA beuracracy was sorted out. Great quality work!!

Powell Projects LLC is a very dependable. They communicate well, lay out the project clearly. They remodeled and / or renovated two bathrooms in our home - which is an old home ( 1896) with lots of challenging steps.
