He was able to quickly deduce the solution to clear the drain and had our waste water flowing in the right direction again. "The installers for Aqua Mechanical were thorough and meticulous in their installation and did a great job explaining everything to me. They were also willing to work with me to let me do a little bit of pre-work prior to their arrival to save myself some money. I had them install the salt brine tank in the garage with a tube running down to the basement so that I can load up the 40 lbs salt bags into the brine tank in the garage which is super convenient! They installed both the water heater and the softener in a metal tray with 2 inch sides which has a 2 inch pipe drain going to the floor drain just in case there is a water leak. Plus they provided a water sensor alarm to make sure if there’s any water in the tray we’ll hear an audible alarm to bring it to our attention. Beneath that tray they installed a 1 inch closed cell foam pad to stop any heat from transferring from the water heater into the cement floor. We called Guardian; Jeff and Ryan came out, tested our water and helped us get the absolute best customized water softener system. And truly, we now have the best water! So he would have better idea of what he might be in for. He was able to work around my schedule in order to get this done today. Which I greatly appreciated.
