"Eddie Durrant from Valley Plumbing replaced an old faucet in my small bathroom. The drain area in the sink was chipped and old, he worked very hard to get the new drain replacement to seal. We thought it was good, but after he left it started to leak around the drain. I called Valley Plumbing and they had Eddie come back out before he went to his next job. He took it all apart and added more plumbers tape to see if that would fill in the chipped areas in the sink. It worked. He did a great job and was very patient as he worked. I would definitely have him back to do plumbing work in my home."

"For this project Bryant installed new kitchen, granite countertop, new lights, paint, flooring, it was all very nicely done. Bryant's crew did excellent work. They show up on time, they're clean, friendly, respectful, tell great stories, and did very high quality work. Bryant is very knowledgeable and gives good advice if you are uncertain about exactly what you need."

"The plumber came and accessed the situation, problem stems from shared drains with neighbors in my condo. There was no clogged drain at the time he came, it had cleared out. We visited another neighbor above me to see if they were having any problems. None there, he suggested that we wait until the problem came back, he gave me his card & told me to call him, take pictures & then he would be able to find out where the problem was. This seems to be a problem that has been existing for a long time. Thank you."

"

After 2 months of calling contruction companies and very rarely getting a call back let alone an actual bid, Bill (Red Butte Construction) was a welcome change.

Most people had a hard time understanding what I wanted, which was not the case with Bill.  He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the project and if he had questions he would ask rather than assume.  Which we felt was very important when you are making changes to your home.  He made sure to explain in detail the process of how the project would go forward from permit timing, to construction.

Foundation Drain Installation questions, answered by experts

A grinder pump is a major investment for homeowners and business owners alike. Protect this investment by choosing a reliable and reputable contractor to source the pump itself, install it, and outsource any additional work. Research local sewage system contractors ahead of time to ensure they have the appropriate insurance and licensing. You should also perform a fairly thorough online search to get a feel for the company’s professionalism by reading reviews.

Finally, give them a call to discuss the project. A good technician will be more than happy to get into specifics regarding both the installation process and the pricing.

Walkout basements cost more than other kinds of basements, and can also increase your risk of leaks as well as a loss of insulation, leading to higher heating and cooling costs. Improperly installed walkout basements may lead to structural issues with your foundation, so ensure you’re working with a contractor who has extensive experience with this kind of basement.

Yes, you can install a sump pump yourself. By following the steps above, you can have a sump pump installed in 24 hours. You will have to use some advanced tools and techniques, so if you feel uneasy about taking it on yourself, it’s best to hire a professional.

The difference between an ejector pump and a sump pump lies in their purpose and design—an ejector pump functions to remove liquid gray water and soft solid sewage waste from your home. If you have a laundry room or bathroom in your basement, an ejector pump for your sewage tank prevents sewage from backing up in your washing machine or bathroom’s drains.

A sump pump is designed to remove excess groundwater that may enter your home, either due to flooding or periods of heavy rain.

Yes, professionals ensure proper grading and drainage to prevent water pooling.
