Small jobs welcome

"Tevita, the owner of Tonga Brothers came to our house a few times. Because It took husband and I a couple of days to finally agree on where and how big to make the patio! He was totally cool & patient with our indecision. Once we solidified our plan, Tevita was able to put us in his schedule within a couple of days. He and his crew put in our 13x13 flagstone patio in 6 hours. They worked so hard on a really hot day. They were all really nice guys, professional and it was obvious they knew what they were doing! I highly recommend Tonga Brothers."

"Mountain Peaks installed sod, laid down mulch, and performed general clean up of our landscaping before we sell our home. We are so impressed and pleased with their services! They were prompt at starting and completing the job, thorough in making sure our landscaping looks beautiful and ready to impress prospective buyers, and were very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. We have gotten many comments from friends and neighbors on the outcome of our landscaping. Thank you Mountain Peaks!!"

"Joe was great to work with, creative, flexible and very responsive in communications. Very helpful in working through details of a â sketchâ and turning it into a plan then a finished product. If they couldnâ t do something, they always knew a â guyâ who was equally responsive and trusted. Great experience and workmanship"

Aquarium Services questions, answered by experts

Plumbing leaks, roof failures, poor drainage systems, and severe weather events that lead to flooding or inundation are common causes of water accumulation.

It is generally safe to stay in a house that smells like sewage for a short time, but you should get the problem fixed as soon as possible. While the level of sewer gas is usually low enough to only cause minor symptoms, prolonged inhalation can lead to headaches, nausea, or respiratory irritation. High levels of gas exposure can be more dangerous, and high concentrations of methane—a component of sewer gas—can pose an explosion risk in enclosed spaces. If you smell sewer gas in your home, ventilate the area and call a professional to locate, assess, and fix the problem, as it will not go away on its own.

To get rid of a sewer smell in your crawl space, you’ll have to find the source of the problem. If it has to do with your sewer lines, then repairing the line will help. You may need to make other repairs, like fixing your sump pump or encapsulating your crawl space to reduce moisture. After you make the repair, depending on the issue, you may still need to clean out your crawl space to get rid of the stink.

The best way to keep a septic tank clean is to hire a local septic tank cleaner to inspect and pump the septic tank every three to five years. Be sure to only flush human waste and toilet paper down the toilet, and don’t pour grease, oil, fats, coffee grounds, or food scraps into your drains.

Using less toilet paper is the easiest way to prevent future clogs. Also, avoid flushing sanitary products, thick paper towels, or hair down the toilet. If you’ve been using a brick in the tank to reduce the water used to flush the toilet, take it out immediately. Bricks will eventually fall apart and clog your toilet drain. Keeping your toilet lid closed also helps avoid future clogs.
