"Hired them to level one corner of an addition which was sinking and had broken the slab foundation resulting in a crack and non level floor in that corner. They jacked up the sunken corner and supported it with footings. I was generally satisfied with the work. However, the contract specified that they were to then come in and cut out a two foot trench (one foot each side of the ~15' crack in the slab), remove the rubble, drill in rebar to the two sides and refill the trench with concrete. After jacking up the corner, the two management level guys oohed and ahhed about how good the crack looked. They suggested that cutting the trench was not necessary. So, what I got was a guy spent a few hours grinding the two sides of the crack smooth in a few places and then pushing concrete into the crack. I was OK with that. However, that's a LOT of work they had just been relieved of and I felt a price adjustment was appropriate. That was not forthcoming. They charged me the full amount even though they did not have to do a big chunk of work they had signed a contract to do. So, despite what I felt was generally good work, I came away from the experience with a bad taste of "bait and switch". Be prepared for that if you hire them."

"Right before my warranty expired the bathtub I had refinished started peeling on the area in front of the tub. When I called to get it fixed the office that did the original job was redistricted and would not service me so there was some back and forth with the new location in my service area taking responsibility for the repair. They finally agreed to do the repair but never completed it. The area they fixed was patched but never repainted to match the rest of the tub so it now looks white in some area's but a dingy gray on the patched area and now my warranty has expired."

"AMS was contracted to move my uncles furniture out of my home. During the process of backing their truck into the driveway, they ran into the grass and cracked the waterline. They were sliding objects on wood floors which damaged my floors and the amount of $3500 to have them refinished according to the company who installed the floors. I found the claim submitted the photos and the associated paperwork that AMS required of me and they offered me the sum of $200 for the floors. I have tried multiple times reaching out to AMS via email and phone calls. I like to be told I need to speak with a specialist by the name of AB AB has yet to return a single phone call or respond to any emails. I?ve left reviews on Google and yelp and I always get the same response from my Miss Marie telling me to call this number that that?s not how they do business well Miss Maria before you leave a review on this I?ll tell you right now.
