I would recommend them. They are awesome and they use quality materials.

Lynn Hicks met with my husband and me about our project to replace our fencing and gate. He fully explained his quote, the quality of wood to be used and what to expect. We like the quality of wood for the fence and the workmanship of his crew. We needed small retaining walls put in to keep soil from eroding under the fence going down the hill in our backyard. Lynn worked with a crew to get that work done. We are very pleased with our fence and retaining walls and highly recommend Fence Masters. The cost is higher than some might expect, but that is due to the high quality of wood used that I expect to last many years.

Lynn, Jeremy, Rusty, and James were all professional and did a great job. They were responsive to my request for a quote and able to complete the project by my requested deadline. The fence and gates look great and I could not be happier with the outcome.

I didn't get notice on when they could get me on the schedule until a few days before installation was started.  I originally thought I would get a couple of weeks notice but was only about 3 days.  Not a problem.  They did show up early on a Monday morning and quickly removed old fence and installed new "Master Halco" steel posts. Not all steel posts are equal.  The following day they were back to finish installation.  They were professional and friendly and did a great job on the new fence installation.  We did have a misunderstanding on a couple of revised quotes but that was quickly resolved.  Fence Masters was a bit higher on their quote than other companies but they used top quality material that should last longer than the average run of the mill fence material.  When getting quotes, be sure to compare what fence material will be used such as size and type.  I highly recommend Fence Masters and will use them again in the future.

The installer was tempermental.  He accidentally tore down a wood retaining wall but refused to admit to it.  I anticipate the fence in this area will not hold for long.  He did not properly install the wall board for the gate, therefore, I can not put a lock on the gate, the  house will require repainting in the area where the previous wall borad was removed, and the gate hinges squeak. 
I was very specific that I wanted good borads and did not want boards with knot holes.  I paid extra for that and yet there are knots, and they are now beginning to fall out leaving holes.
When the previous fence was removed the installer cut the old metal posts off at approximately ground level but he failed to remove the metal stubs, or the cement they are in.
The fence appears to have been installed approximately 9" inside the property line on one end.
I have tried to resolve thses issues and was told by the owner he would correct the problems, 
The owner said he appreciated me writing a favorable review for this company.  But I did not do that.  He said my name was on a review praising the salesman, the compalny, and etc.  This helped him get a good rating with Angle's List.   But I was not a member of Angie's List, and I did not submit a review at that time!  So how could that be?
The owner has failed or reused to make the corrections.   As a result I asked him to remove his company sign from the fence.
He has failed or refused to do so.

Their work was satisfactory. They arrived promptly; they were courteous and knowledgeable in their field of work.

W had a dog push over a portion of a fence and escape.  I quickly looked up Angie's List and chose FenceMasters.  They were able to meet with me in under two hours after the initial call. 
Johnny was very thorough in measuring and quickly giving me an estimate for both replacing the whole fence or for doing sections to help us save money.  They build sections rather than buying off the rack so there was a small delay that would have happened anyway due to snow.  The delay would have been worth it since the custom building of sections meant that it would fit our fence perfectly.  I had no difficulty reaching Johnny, which was a relief when we encountered a few delays of our own. 
On the day of the install, they were calling to keep me informed if there was even a hint of a problem.  The entire job was completed in less than three weeks with complete satisfaction on my part. It also came in under the estimate! I will definitely be using them again. 

From the first phone call through the completion of the fence, everything went very smoothly.  Rusty and his team are exceptional.

Fence Masters was great. They came out, listened to my vision for my new trash enclosure and then drew up a bid. They let me know up front that, since it was right before Christmas, they wouldn't do the job until after the holidays. They called me the first week fo January to set up the appointment, came out and did the work in just a few hours. While they are more expensive than some other fence companies, the quality of the fencing and the work was worth the extra money to me. I'd definitely use them again!

Lynn and Rusty were both very professional and punctual and did an excellent job installing our new fence.  Both the fence and post materials are top of the line.  We highly recommend Fence Masters!

We had a contractor come out to completely replace our fence. He turned out to be a complete hack, and hired unprofessional nitwits to do our fence. After it was done, it was a mess, so I hired Fence Masters to come out and fix it. Johnny came out promptly to access the fence and give me a very detailed estimate. A week later they were out to to the work bright and early. They secured and stabilized the fence where the other workers and shot nails right through and split the wood. They also repaired the gate that wasn't done correctly from the other company. They did a great job and didn't sit around and waste any time. They were in and out. Very pleased. Fence Masters is now my go-to company for fence work!

I have used this company two times.  He does excellent work.  The quality of materials he uses is very high quality.  He builds all of the fencing himself.  The pricing is a little higher than average but the quality is worth it.  He is very responsive and does the work when he says he will.  I am  looking at another job now that I am planning to use him for. 

Fence Masters provided an estimate for me and the work was exactly on the estimate. Their prices were the best out of everyone we talked to.

The job from start to finish was quickly done, fixing all stated repaires (gate post,gate, gate latch, and fence section) in a very professional manner

They called the day before and said they would be out the next afternoon to set the posts and would hang the panels the next day (Sat.). They showed up as scheduled and came back the next morning to finish. The fence looks very good and the job was done by professionals. We suffered minimal inconvenience.

Lynn O. Hicks was a very pleasant person to talk with over the phone. He sent someone out and they showed up when they were supposed to and he got the job done fast and efficiently. I had called around and Fence Master's was the cheapest, and fortunately for me, they were also great about getting the job done. Other fence companies didn't seem interested in just fixing an existing fence and they wanted more money. I'm glad I chose Fence Masters.

Workmanship was excellent, fence quality was as sample shown and stated in bid, went out of way to perform extra work, repaired small concrete damaged area in a sidewalk for small extra charge, repaired damaged fencing in walk in gate at no charge.
