"Hired them to level one corner of an addition which was sinking and had broken the slab foundation resulting in a crack and non level floor in that corner. They jacked up the sunken corner and supported it with footings. I was generally satisfied with the work. However, the contract specified that they were to then come in and cut out a two foot trench (one foot each side of the ~15' crack in the slab), remove the rubble, drill in rebar to the two sides and refill the trench with concrete. After jacking up the corner, the two management level guys oohed and ahhed about how good the crack looked. They suggested that cutting the trench was not necessary. So, what I got was a guy spent a few hours grinding the two sides of the crack smooth in a few places and then pushing concrete into the crack. I was OK with that. However, that's a LOT of work they had just been relieved of and I felt a price adjustment was appropriate. That was not forthcoming. They charged me the full amount even though they did not have to do a big chunk of work they had signed a contract to do. So, despite what I felt was generally good work, I came away from the experience with a bad taste of "bait and switch". Be prepared for that if you hire them."

FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "Right before my warranty expired the bathtub I had refinished started peeling on the area in front of the tub. When I called to get it fixed the office that did the original job was redistricted and would not service me so there was some back and forth with the new location in my service area taking responsibility for the repair. They finally agreed to do the repair but never completed it. The area they fixed was patched but never repainted to match the rest of the tub so it now looks white in some area's but a dingy gray on the patched area and now my warranty has expired."
